Symantec's Norton AntiVirus and Norton SystemWorks Continue to Outsell Competitors On PC Data's Top Selling Software List

Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq:SYMC), a world leader in Internet security technology, today announced that October PC Data figures confirm that Symantec's Internet security and problem-solving products continue to lead the consumer software market. PC Data validates that Norton AntiVirus 2001 and Norton SystemWorks 2001 are the number two and five top-selling software products respectively.
